One of the most effective ways to stay motivated to train is to participate in group classes. Our group classes adopt a very different approach that is known as Modified Strongman.

At ASP, we have adapted traditional Strongman exercises like pushing cars, lifting logs, moving bails of hay, etc. to an indoor training environment using specifically designed bars, implements and weights. As such, ASP StrongMan is about developing functional and effective strength – similar to what you would use in everyday life.

This training style leads to increases in overall strength, core stability, a higher aerobic and anaerobic capability, as well as accelerates fat loss and lean muscle gain.

Don’t let the name fool you, StrongMan isn’t just for the guys, it’s for the girls as well. We’ve also developed a separate version of StrongMan just for the ladies too – ASP Strongwoman.
