ASP will ensure as far as possible that personal information collected through our website or within our centres is used only for the purposes as set out in this statement. This Privacy Statement sets out the standard of protection you can expect in respect of your personal information. By accessing and using our website or by submitting information to us, you consent to us using and disclosing your personal information in the ways described in this Privacy Statement.

ASP may hold a variety of your personal information which you provide voluntarily; including your name, your address, your phone / mobile number, your email address and / or your financial details.
When a membership or product is purchased or through marketing activities (online, in a centre, over the phone etc.), personal information may be requested in order to provide the requested service or product, provide upgrades or updated information, and advise of other ASP products, which  may be of interest. No one is obligated to provide personal information. However, failure to do so may render ASP unable to provide services or products to you.

Personal information may be used in a number of ways, including:
–   the purpose for which the information was requested;
–   to promote ASP offers and 3rd party offers;

You can access and / or update your personal information at any time and we request that you keep your details as current as possible so that we may continue to provide you with the most up-to-date information on our activities. ASP will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to personal information.
