Benjamin Siong

Benjamin Siong is the Founder of Australian Strength Performance. Having graduated with an honours degree in psychology, Ben is also a level 5 Poliquin Strength Coach, ISSN Sports Nutrition Specialist and a highly sought after international presenter.

His expertise in specifically combining training protocols with optimal nutrition, has seen him produce top ranked athletes in over 16 sports as well as champion bodybuilders, fitness models and pageant queens, including Miss Australia 2011 and Miss Malaysia 2012.

Since 2013, Ben has developed and launched a range of training courses covering topics from hypertrophy, fat loss, nutrition and coaching. Each course is aimed at translating high-level theory into practical and applicable information that is 100% results driven. Having these courses now taught in Australia, Asia, Europe and the Middle East, he has created ASP Education International, the education sector of the brand.

Patrick’s approach to training aims to arm clients with the necessary lifestyle, mindset, training and nutrition habits to foster long term change.

Individuality is a key factor to Patrick’s approach. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Everything has to be tailored to suit the individual in a way that is sustainable and engaging.

With a background in strength training and sports specific training, Paul is an outgoing, energetic coach whose passion for fitness shines through his interactions with his clients.

He works with a diverse clientele ranging from elite athletes to corporates and the stay home mum and takes pride in being a great communicator who is highly specific in his programming and protocols.

Andy’s motto is that the health and wellbeing is a state of mind, guided by our thoughts and emotions. In working with his clients, Andy aims to ease their minds as he rejuvenates the body through specific massage and muscular release.

Andy specializes in sports remedial massage, therapeutic massage, traditional guasha, myofascial release and dry needling.

Archie is equipped with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise science, and has over a decade’s experience in personal training and transforming lives. His passion is to educate, simplify and better the training experience for each client making their success and goals his number 1 priority.
