Motivation can come in many forms but one of the most proven methods of motivation is to participate in group classes. Our group classes adopt a very different approach known as Modified Strongman.
At ASP, we have adapted traditional Strongman exercises like pushing cars, lifting logs, moving bales of hay, etc. to an indoor training environment using specifically designed bars, implements and weights. As such, ASP StrongMan is about developing functional and effective strength – similar to what you would use in everyday life.
This training style leads to:
- Increases in overall strength
- Core stability,
- Higher aerobic and anaerobic capability,
- Accelerates fat loss and lean muscle gain.
