I have worked with several different trainers over the years and while I was able to achieve some results, their methods and ideas were very generic. Their training programs and nutrition advice were broad to cater for all people which lead to slow progress. While slow progress is better than no progress, I was just another client, receiving the same advice as everyone else they trained regardless of our starting points and our end goals.
The ASP Team was recommended to me by two friends of mine who work in the fitness industry. From the first consultation with Ben, it was clear he was not satisfied with everyday standard advice. My training and nutrition were personalised to my needs and my hormonal profile. For the first time, I was being educated, and this really opened by eyes to the misleading and confusing information given by food manufactures and so called health industry ‘experts’.

Shannon's 12-Week Transformation
My protocols were constantly reviewed and modified over the 12 weeks to keep it challenging and ensured I continued to get results. Along with the guidance of my allocated ASP Coach Priscilla, I had lost 7.3kgs within 3 months and had dropped from 28.6% to 17% bodyfat, with an increase of 4kgs of lean muscle mass! I could not believe just how much my physique and mindset had changed in such a short time.
What started out as a quick kickstart to a healthy me has now developed into a whole new way of looking at how I train, eat, recover and manage my body. Without the assistance of Ben and The ASP Team, as well fellow clients who have been amazingly supportive along my journey, I truly believe that I would not have been able to realize my health goals.
