I had been skinny all my life. Over the years I had made a few failed attempts to try and put on size and weight, however nothing lasted very long. As I’d gotten older despite being skinny, I had still managed to accumulate a belly and love handles. I finally decided it was time to get serious and commit to putting on some muscle, lean down and feel good about myself.

Meeting with the ASP Team, it was a real eye opener. More than just understanding about my own body, I got to experience a training and lifestyle program specifically tailored to my physique type and personal goals. The first few training sessions with my allocated Coach, were intense and challenging. Nevertheless, Pricilla’sconstant encouragement saw me pushing myself to achieve more than I thought I would!

Stephan's 12-Week Transformation

As I started to gain momentum with the programs, I gained confidence using the equipment and got into the routine of working out in the gym. With each passing week, I got stronger, pushed myself further and could see my physique changing before my very eyes. Pricilla and myself worked well together, and she knew how to get the best out of me.

At the end of the 12 Week Program, I was blown away at the progress I had made and how far I had come. Both physically and mentally, I was so much stronger. Over this period, I had lost over 6% body fat, and gained 5 kgs of lean muscle mass – a feat I thought was just impossible. Now, when I look in the mirror, I cannot recognize the skinny fat person I used to be. I could never have achieved such a total transformation without the help, encouragement and support of the Ben and ASP Team.

  • Stephan had found it hard to gain weight all his life and came to us for expert advice. Of course it wasn’t just weight he want, but a physique that spelt FIT and ‘I work out’.
  • We structured a program that incorporated movements, exercise splits and activities that he had not done before. For example, variations of squats, deadlifts and plyometric. After all, we needed a change to see change. The programs were challenging and did push him out his comfort zone at times, but he had all the support in us.
  • Nutrition was no exception. It was about increasing his meal portions, choosing the right foods – ones that were more nutritionally dense rather than just calorie dense. With a better digestion process in place, Stephan gained the weight he wanted – all while leaning up whilst putting on lean muscle.
This is my new lifestyle and I look forward to achieving new goals and challenges with the ASP Team in the future
