After travelling and partying for a year overseas, I knew it was time to get back to shape. I was originally going to try to tackle this task by myself but was recommended to seek help from ASP. Until working with The ASP Team, I had always taken my own approach in the gym. My approach followed the traditional bodybuilding style of bulking then cutting and repeat.I followed what the professional bodybuilders recommended and while I got gradual gains, I never felt strong which was an issue for me.

It’s been a life changing experience and one I will always speak of to the highest of my ability. Thank you ASP!

Brian's 12-Week Transformation

I had always believed that you could never gain muscle while simultaneously becoming leaner, and although it was incredibly hard to put everything I knew aside, after meeting Ben his knowledge and the ASP protocols won me over. ASP turned my training philosophy upside down and showed me that with body composition analysis using BioSignature Modulation, along with proper supplementation, dietary advice, and effective Fitness Training Programs, I could become leaner AND stronger!

This all became evident when I deadlifted double my bodyweight at single digit bodyfat levels. I had never been this strong or  lean before, even when I had thought I was in the best shape of my life. Ben’s knowledge and approach is second to none and his client transformations speak for themselves. I want to say thank you to Ben and his team of coaches for getting me to the best shape of my life. It’s been a life changing experience and one I will always speak of to the highest of my ability. Thank you ASP!

 

  • Mark had gained a significant amount of weight over the last 2 years – both muscle and fat. He had aimed for a lean, muscular physique and had tried numerous style of dieting with minimal results.
  • Working with Mark was straight forward, but our main challenge was to get him to trust the process. Nutritionally, Mark had to minimize lot of the unnecessary sugars he was consuming with his foods- starches, marinates and drinks. His total calorie count was actually under what was required, so we had to ensure he made an effort to eat more, but through a variety of protein, fats and fibers.
  • His workouts were kept to a maximum of an hour with an emphasis on tempo work, and muscle engagement. Utilizing shorter rest times combined with increased time under tension with each working set was key with his programs.
  • This saw Mark half his bodyfat and increase his lean muscle mass by over 4 kgs – a significant change as seen by his transformation pictures
I will never forget this journey with Ben and the ASP Team. They have changed my life and I cannot thank them enough for what they have done.
