Ever since starting weightlifting I’ve only wanted one thing, the body of Thor. To feel, look, lift, like a god. I thought the steps I took were helping but after more than a year I was still far short of my goal. That’s when I decided that it was time to train with ASP.
Upon meeting with the ASP Team, they took everything I knew and told me to throw it out the window and start fresh. They gave me a new and very insightful outlook on training and with that, my journey began. Everything from nutrition to motivation, the ASP Team was there. As a result, I saw concrete results.
They continued to push me and trained me to push myself even when I wasn’t training with ASP.
Shaegan's 12-Week Transformation
The training was the toughest I’d ever done in my life and at times, overwhelming to the point where I just wanted to say “Enough. I’m done”. I felt myself taken beyond anything I’d ever done and just felt like I couldn’t go on. But the ASP Team never let that happen.
Prior to training with ASP, my body fat percentage was 17%. In 12 short weeks, I’ve come down to 11.5% and increased my muscle mass by a solid 6kgs. With each passing BioSignature consult, I saw myself improving not just on the scales and mirrors but in strength as well. With ASP, I went from dead lifting 40kgs to 120kgs as well as 50kg half squats to over 90kg full squats. All the training has also helped fixed many of my postural and mobility issues, when I was told that it would be impossible for me to do it without injury.
It’s been a long windy road but I want to thank the ASP team for everything they have done and helped me achieve. You’ve given me back that drive and focus to get myself to the very top and the results I’ve always wanted.
