Sculpting Your Abs

The workshop will include:
• An overview of the “core” / ab muscles and how they work
• How to properly activate them and get them working
• Can you really target top / middle / lower abs?
• How to train the obliques (the sides)
• Examples of how to put together an ab workout
• An overview of the most important factors to get them showing
• Ab myths!
The workshop will also include a practical session on effective ab training, as well as a workout.
