The ASP Internship is a formal internship that aims at developing allied health professionals by providing them with a wide battery of tools for evaluation, integration and effective utilization - all with the goal of personalizing solutions to produce consistent RESULTS with clients. 

This one day course provides a more in- depth understanding on the the Mental and physical demands during comp prep, goals of the off season and how one should approach them, Ideal time frame for leaning up to stage, How is cardio used and when to add it in? and Considerations for recovery is KEY
